The customer is responsible for assuring that the engine
ordered will work for their specific application. Some modifications
may be required.

Gasoline engines and equipment can be very dangerous to
operate and work on. When giving any advice or instruction by
phone or e-mail it is assumed the person asking is competent to use
or work on that equipment. The advice I give is just that,
keep in mind I'm not always right, I try to helpful with the years
of experience I've had. Sorry, I can't be responsible for
repairs that don't work out or for any damages.

I will not pay for any repairs of equipment, attachments, engines,
or anything else away from our repair shop unless I specifically say
so in writing.

All returns require a RMA number. There is a 15%
restocking fee on returns and there are no refunds of any shipping
charges . Returns must be sent freight pre-paid within 15
days. There are no returns on used items.

DAMAGE POLICY:
All shipments must be inspected before accepting them.
If the shipment is damaged or looks like it has been improperly
handled, you must notify the delivery driver. If engine has
been damaged excessively, you should refuse the shipment. If
your package is left at your residence while you are gone and it
looks or has been damaged, it is the your responsibility to contact
the delivery company.

Prices, terms, and specifications, are subject to change without

Sales Tax:
We are required to collect 6.5% sales tax for all sales at
our business
and shipments within Minnesota. As of July 1st, 2008 an additional .025%
transit sales tax applies.
